Inquiry and Application
We look forward to getting to know you and learning what has drawn you to our brand. You can initiate this process by completing our online inquiry, and a member of our Franchise Development Team will contact you. Our initial application process consists of four steps:
Evaluating and confirming your fulfillment of our basic qualification criteria
Scheduled discovery calls
Completing our formal Franchise Application
Your review of our Franchise Disclosure Document.
Step 2
Financial Review
We ask all new franchisee the same initial question: what is your vision for developing your own local market? We would genuinely like to hear your plan, so please spare no details. Our Financial Review & Approval process includes a review of the following: all partners’ personal financial statements, your operator’s resume, and your group’s business plan.

Step 3
Discovery and Approval
We invite you to join us in Birmingham, Alabama for a tour of where our journey began. Have a seat at our table and enjoy a meal on us.
During this visit, you engage with members of our Franchise Support Departments, including Operations, Training, Marketing, Catering, Real Estate, Purchasing and Accounting. Additionally, your Operating Partner meets with a member of our Board of Directors, and then you visit a certified training store, where we provide a demo of our back-of-house technology system.
At that point, our team discusses internally to determine if you will be a good fit for our brand. Our Franchise Development Team and Board of Directors typically reaches a decision regarding approval shortly after each visit and we contact you with next steps.
Step 4
Securing Your Market
Welcome to the family!
A trusty Development Team contact ushers you through the entire process, from due diligence to executing agreement(s). Signed, sealed, and delivered!
Step 5
Training, Support, and Grand Opening
Now that you are official, we have systems in place to guide you through every stage of opening YOUR Taziki’s! We provide support to guide you through site approval, architectural plan approval, vendor introductions, order guides, management training, PR, marketing, and grand opening event planning. Let us ease your worries, move your roadblocks, and celebrate your accomplishments!
