All of the software and hardware talk to each other behind the scenes. Inventory ordering is optimized using real-time data of orders through the POS system (including online), paired with information such as, "sales on this day last year" and "14-day sales trends" to make sure the appropriate amount of raw materials is arriving with each delivery. When your staff arrives in the morning and begins to cook, they make the quantity of each recipe specific for that day. If data suggests you are likely to need more hummus dip because it's Saturday, the team member making the hummus will know exactly how much quantity of each ingredient to use from the kitchen display screens. The text on the screens also changes languages very easily to make sure to include all staff.
